Denzel Washington- The Oscar winner has proved he is even more spectacular off camera after he recently helped an unknown who was in harm’s way get to secure in Los Angeles.
A man around 65 years old was driving around West Hollywood on Thursday in the afternoon when he was spotted what shown to be a homeless man in the middle of a busy street, as per the reports.
As found to be a good Samaritan, Danzel, pulled his Range Rover to the shoulder of the road and got out to see if he could assist the man.
At around 1 p.m., the man was passed by Washington, who was extremely close to oncoming traffic and stopped to see if he could get him out of danger.
The legend appeared to put himself at risk by himself as he approached the homeless man in the street to speak with him and lighten the situation.
However, the actor managed to get the man safety on the sidewalk while one person phoned police officers.
The unknown man was briefly detained and placed in handcuffs for an unknown reason but after some time- the actor was by his side through the entire ordeal.
Moreover, he spoke on behalf of the man to the handful of police officers who had arrived on the scene.
Denzel during this act of kindness, placing a hand on the man’s shoulder in support and sticking by him when the officers were doing their job as per the footage.
He gave a stranger a mask and sandwich to protect him from the coronavirus as the homeless man was not wearing any mask.
