Yes, makers have announced that the show will be renewed with a new story for its second season. This time the scam will be huge. It will portray the story of Abdul Karim Helgi who had done a scam of about 20000 crores in early 2000. Yes, it’s a giganotosaurus amount. We have seen how cleverly Harshad Mehta had done his part of scam and now we will be watching the same for Abdul Karim Helgi.

Let’s not call it Scam 1992 Season 2 because as the story this time is of a scam done in 2000 so the title might be changed. The whole story of Abdul Karim will be portrayed in the second season and we hope that the story of such a big scam would be displayed in a good way.
But whom can we expect to see in the upcoming season is a big question. However, no announcement had been done regarding the cast for the second season, but fans will be expecting Pratik Gandhi, who played the role of Harshad Mehta in Scam 1992, to be the lead character.
We have seen how Pratik Mehta has done amazing work in the show and we all know that any appreciation would be less for that. Not only had the acting of the show, but the songs of the show also taught a lot. The theme song has played a vital role and till now we can hear it on several people’s caller tune. Such an organic and natural song it was. We should not forget to appreciate Hansal Mehta, the director of the show, to present such amazing work in front of us. He was awarded the National Award of Direction of this show.
