For the second time, Game of Thrones actor HafŞór Júlíus Björnsson has become a parent.
Back in April, it was revealed that he was expecting a baby boy with his partner, Kelsey Henson, and now the Icelandic actor has confirmed that the little one has finally arrived over the weekend.
HafŞór, who played Gregor’ The Mountain ‘Clegane in the HBO hit series, in a nice post confirmed the news on Facebook.
“Chronicling Kelsey’s labor, at 6 a.m. on Saturday (September 26), before giving birth about five and a half hours later, he said she started” losing her water.
She did incredible stuff all over it, he said. Her mind and body were in total charge of her. She had clear ideas about both what she did and where she did to be.
I am shocked by how strong she is, and so proud of her for what she has done to brace herself for her pregnancy.
How proud I am and how I felt about this journey cannot be put into words.
Their “good, big, gorgeous baby” came in at 7.7 pounds, but the world will soon have to make room for another man-mountain if he takes after his dad.
“The most incredible phone call to my daughter to introduce her to her new little brother was to finish the most amazing, awe-inspiring work,” Hafέór said.
We picked a name and can’t wait to share it with all of you soon.
