Popular Spanish show ‘The Paper House’ was one of the most incredible television series which was seen on the top of the Spanish shows. Season one did wonders which lead to the consequent seasons and kept us entertained.
The audience appreciated the show and had a craze about watching it as there were mysteries and unanswered questions in every season which had answered in the sequel. This made fans kept thinking and associated with the show.
It was a low budget series when initiated with no plans for a sequel. But it was the love and appreciation of fans which made creators create sequels. The creators got it streamed on Netflix and extended their budget too as the time progressed.
There were many awards bagged by the series which includes best drama series at the 46th International Emmy Awards. It was appreciated by critics for the plot sophistication, drama, direction, and fresh Spanish Television series.
The song “Bella Ciao” which is an Italian anti-fascist song became the anthem and summer hit in Europe in 2018. Apart from this, it was the most-watched non-English series across Netflix. With so much goodness there was huge viewership especially in Mediterranean Europe and the Latin world.
Though fans might be waiting for next season there is no official commitment from the creators about next season. This might have happened because of the uncertainty created by pandemic across the globe. Being optimistic can make us think that the new season might launch mid next year.
We have been seeing Úrsula Corberó as Silene Oliveira (Tokyo), Álvaro Morte as Sergio Marquina, Itziar Ituño as Raquel Murillo , Pedro Alonso as Andrés de Fonollosa, Paco Tous as Agustín Ramos, Alba Flores as Ágata Jiménez, Miguel Herrán as Aníbal Cortés , Jaime Lorente as Ricardo / Daniel[b] Ramos (Denver), Esther Acebo as Mónica Gaztambide , Enrique Arce as Arturo Román, Belén Cuesta as Julia and Fernando Cayo as Colonel Luis Tamayo to name a few and hope to see them again .
As we already know that the seasons have been created through the cliffhangers at the conclusion, we can expect the new season to start on the same node. Season four concluded with the fate of heist as plans of professor were in Alicia Sierra’s hand. This led to the finding of Berlin (his wife) long lost love and the new story evolved around the same.
The characters have beautifully translated the plot on screen with a deep storyline and it will be interesting to see what they bring for us this season.
