The series is following its predecessor based on the literals and the short stories of the 19th-20th century written by Henry James along with the mix from ‘The Turn of the Screw’.

Executive producer Trevor Macy comes up with multiple statements saying that it all starts with the imagination of Henry James including the characters less or more, it’s all about him.
He added as the season will move ahead the viewers witness how Macy and his team are introducing some incorporating elements from ‘The Turn of the Screw’ and the team is going to be modernizing the approach. And the audience is pretty excited to see the transformation of James’s stories into horror anthology.
Well, it is true, many emerging writers are fond of Henry James’ work. Even the writer of ‘The Haunting of Hill House’ Shirley Jackson and Stephen King said that James is an inspiration for them.
The series invites the viewers to witness different scenarios. The scene is of 1980’s England, where first they will find an American teacher who is frustrated named Dani Clayton.
Her loneliness suits the location where she finds her land and she thinks her desperation will decrease when she takes care of the kids there.
Then she meets some mysterious people including an amiable chef, a gardener named Jamie, a widowed caretaker Mrs. Grose and Peter confirmed by Macy. But it’s all about Dani who orphaned charges. Her siblings Flora and Miles are two center characters of the story.
The action with horror makes it creepy no matter how you old are, you will feel the intenseness whenever you see it, Macy added in his statements.
Here comes the special ghosty gift inside the series. Just like ‘The Haunting Of Hill House’ the ghosts are hidden in the scenes.
Macy said the viewers will find more ghosts in Bly Manor. The hidden ghosts have their meaning which will become transparent to the audience at the end of the show.
