The Rental is an American horror-based movie which is all set to be released in theatre this month. The Rental is directed by Dave Franco who is making a directorial debut in his first film. The screenplay of the movie has been done by Dave Franco along with Joe Swanberg.
The movie is distributed by IFC Films. The movie is scheduled to be released on July 24, 2020. The story shows the mystery of the house wherein a couple decided to stay together. The thrilling, intense storyline gained attention of the audience quickly and scored 79% on rotten tomatoes.

It also has all the horrifying scenes which can scare people up to some extent. The emphasis of the movie has been made on the characters and performance rather than on the horrifying scenes.
The movie might be lacking some hardcore horrifying scenes said by the experts. Also, there are some comedy lines which is being added in their conversation. But in the end lets, we have to wait and watch what Dave have for us in his first direction
