It is an American police procedural comedy series created by Alexi Hawley for American Broadcasting Company (ABC). Its first season was aired in the year 2018 and earned many positive reviews from critics.
Storyline
This show is based on a forty-five-year-old newly divorced man named John Nalon who becomes the oldest rookie at the Los Angeles Police Department. Formerly, he was the owner of a construction company, but after some time he moves to Los Angeles and pursue new career as a police officer. After completion of degree he solved various dangerous and unpredictable cases with his team members.
Its last season ended on a cliffhanger situation and in third season, we will see how this case will be resolved by Nalon. We will also watch various new cases and adventures in the life of John Nalon.
Release Date
First season was aired on 16 October 2018, with a set of 20 episodes and second was released on 29 September 2019 with same number of episodes. As its first two seasons hits the box office with positive reviews and according to rotten tomatoes also, it earned 98% ratings.
So, after this great success, in May 2020, ABC renewed this show for third series which is delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. There is no official announcement about the release date, but we assume that third installment will be released in late or mid of year 2021.

Titus Makin Jr. As Jackson West who plays the role of an eager rookie officer. Mercedes Mason as Zoe Andersen who is a Nolan’s confident and irreverent commanding officer. Some other characters are also there who will be seen in the upcoming season.
