Hello, Boys Fans out there! everyone was obviously shaken by the twist that was witnessed in Becca’s decision. The actress Shantel VanSanten who plays Becca reacted to what she felt about the twist.
In the episode no. 4 of season two named Nothing Like It In The World is the latest episode. We saw that the boys are trying to get some lead on Liberty. Here we also witnessed the shocking decision of Becca.

In the latest episode, we all witnessed the reunion of Becca and Butcher. We also saw that Butcher said to Becca that he can help her and her son escape. The union was very emotional and touching.
Even though Butcher is the love of her life, we saw that she denies his offer and said no. She clearly denied what her heart wanted. She did that because she thought that his son might not be safe and she can’t trust Butcher with Ryan.
The actress said that when the script was first read, she was utterly confused about what was happening.
She said that it was very bewildering because there’s the love of her life offering her to escape and on the other hand she had her son Ryan whom she loves more than anything and wants to keep him safe.
Shantel said that her character wants to do everything possible to keep her son safe and prevent him from going on any wrong path and be bad as a human. Becca doesn’t want Ryan to be a bad superhero.
She had a very huge responsibility and her heart knows that she cannot do anything to save Butcher.
She went on to say that these scenes were so painful to shoot. Becca doesn’t even know now that she will ever be able to meet or see Butcher again and yet she decides to walk away. Shantel said that these scenes were so painful that she had kicked a tire out of frustration during the shoot.
The main thing which is painful is that love is so strong that she let him go for the second time now. This is what Shantel felt about the whole scene.
