Netflix is gearing for the release of their new comedy superhero movie, Thunder Force which will include a husband and wife team, starring Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone with whom, the Oscar winner Octavia Spencer will be starring alongside.

Ben wrote and directed the film, which is his fourth collaboration with his partner, Melissa, who co-stars alongside Octavia Spencer and a slew of other notables.

Since the film is a comedy, it could parody serious plots from other superhero franchises, such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The film, however, is not based on a comic book and was written by the film’s director, Ben Falcone.
