In this world where people are obsessed with fantasies and superheroes, we often fail to acknowledge the role of a sidekick. Yes, this is the same person who is often found taken for granted who almost always rescues our favorite protagonist when he is in ultimate danger as well as clears his path to eventually fight the main villain. Many a time we fail to understand the consequential role of these luminaries.

Acknowledging the valor of these brave hearts, Akiva Goldsman, Greg Berlanti, and Geoff Johns along with the DC universe brought us Team Titans, an American superhero web series that depicts a congregation of teenage heroes who tie allies together in fighting against ignoble forces to combat evil.

The power-packed action series with its first season containing 11episodes was premiered on Netflix on October 12, 2018. Consequently, the second season consisting of 13 episodes was aired on September 6, 2019. 

Now, the third installment of the live-action series has been promulgated. Initially, the splendid series was about to launch in mid-2020 but, the scenario somehow took a dark turn for Teen Titans, and production for the same was halted resulting in the release date to be plunged back by various months due to COVID-19 pandemic and making it a worldwide crisis.

Announcement for the production and filming renewal was made in November 2019 and the upcoming season may contain 12 episodes. Although we are still waiting for further information regarding the certain release date of season 3, yet it can be anticipated that the next installment would be available either by the fall of this year or initial 2021.

There has been utmost privacy regarding the plot and storyline of the third season. Season 2 finale showed us that Titan’s friends got back their mind control after the team defeated death-stroke along with Cadmus Labs being haunted by machinations. 

Therefore, we can expect the new season to pick up the storyline further from this point onwards. Still, all these are speculations and the avid fans are eagerly waiting for the production house to unveil the curtain from their impending binge-worthy story soon.
