The 39-year-old TV personality, a law student, believes the 49-year-old artist was wrongly convicted of the murder of Steve Thomas in 2002.

Unjust punishment?

Kim stated on her Twitter account, “On January 18, 2002, there was a tragedy when a young man was killed. The next day, the musician, whose real name was Corey Miller, was arrested for the murder. The jury sentenced Corey 10-2 to life behind bars. If the trial would have been held in presently, all the jurors would have to agree for the rapper to be convicted.

Witnesses have withdrawn

Kim also states that things have changed since the trial; witnesses backing-off and with new evidence which is proving of his possible innocence are present. As per her, there were allegations that jurors were under pressure to pass the judgment of him being guilty

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ beauty hopes Corey will see “real justice” and finds that he is innocent, should be released, and that the real killer must be found.

The Wests traveled to a former cattle ranch on the Delores River last week, renting the entire property for reportedly a whopping $ 43,000 a night. For a hefty rent, there was exclusive access to everything needed for an eventful short vacation like campfires, huts, hot springs, hiking trails, and more.

A source told People magazine that after the squabbles of the past few weeks, the focus is now on their marriage: “They have decided to travel together so they can be out privately.” (bang)

Kim felt truly sorry for the 16-year old victim. At the same time, she feels that the wrongly convicted Corey should be able to get justice and could come back to his children.
