Levesque is recovering from a heart attack, according to WWE. According to the company’s official website, after suffering a cardiac attack, Paul Levesque – also known as Triple H- underwent successful surgery last week at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Paul is anticipated to make a full recovery from the incident, which was triggered by a genetic heart problem.”

Multi-time WWE Champion Triple H is the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy Development and Chief Operating Officer of the organisation. They have three kids together: Aurora, Murphy and Vaughn. He and Stephanie were married in 2003.

As of 2019, his final WWE match took place on the WWE’s Japan tour, and his last televised match was against Randy Orton at WWE SuperShowdown in June. Triple H was also involved in creating WWE’s NXT brand, which began as a one-hour broadcast on the WWE Network in the early 2000s.

A two-hour show on Wednesday nights airs every week on the USA Network starting in October 2019. NXT was shifted to Tuesday nights in April 2021. Recently, it was speculated that NXT would return to its roots as WWE’s third brand, focusing more on talent development.

Also, last month, rapper Wale debuted a piece of new theme music for NXT and unveiled a new, colourful NXT logo. Shawn Michaels and Triple H are still expected to be involved with NXT’s management.

“It seems old,” Levesque told PEOPLE in April. ” This year has flown by in a blink of an eye, and it’s hard to believe.” As “Hunter Hearst Helmsley,” Levesque first appeared in a WWE ring in April 1995, portraying an upper-class aristocrat who thought himself royalty.
