The Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee filed a legal action claiming that Maricopa County wrongly denied votes cast by in-person voters on election 2020.
The legal action came just hours after the 2020 presidential race was called in the side of Joe Biden after he gathered enough electoral votes to shove him past the 270 needed to succeed in the presidency.

The County of Maricopa claims that umpteen voters were alerted by devices in an electronic tabulation machine to a facial irregularity in their vote. Those they showed as an overvote but that they were involved by poll workers to override the rejection of tabulators in voters in the good trust belief that their vote would be properly registered and tabulated.
