Hi Folks! Welcome back! Excited to share that Amazon’s First Original Animated Series, Undone is back on roles. Undone is an American Comedy Drama web TV animated series created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg and Kate Purdy and the method used for animation is Rotoscoping. The First Part of Undone was premiered on 13th September 2019 and comprised a total of 8 episodes on Amazon Prime.
The First series received huge appreciation for its animation quality and the storyline which makes it unique from normal animated shows, so the fans are eager to know whether there will be a second part of the series or not, well, then here is good news for all Undone Fans, the creators have renewed the series for a second season.
Release
As the renewal of the second series was confirmed last year only in November 2019, just two months after the first season release due to the immense love received from the Fans making it the highest-rated animated series globally.
Regarding the release of Undone 2, the ongoing pandemic has most probably halted all the production works, which will be resumed after this situation ends and post that we’ll have to wait for some more time as the unique series takes a lot of time in making.
The inside sources have hinted to us that the release would be somewhere by the end of this year or early next year 2021. if the production is postponed then it can be delayed till late 2021 or early 2022. Let’s see when it will be aired as all the fans are quite eager for the second part.
Cast
Starring Rosa Salzer as Alma Winograd-Diaz playing the main lead Role, other characters who are expected to reprise their roles in the Second series are Angelique Cabral as Becca Winograd-Diaz, Siddharth Dhananjay as Sam, Constance Marie as Camila Diaz, Daveed Diggs as Tunde and Bob Odenkirk as Jacob Winograd. Other supporting actors might be Tyler Posey and Sheila Vand. Right now, there is no confirmed news of any new faces to be introduced or replaced in undone 2.We’ll get to know only when the Team officially announces this.
Plot
“Undone” is an adult animated drama-Comedy series, in the First season the story we covered so far is about, the flexible nature of the Star Character Alma played by Rosa Salzer, who had survived a fatal car accident in which she nearly died and then as she recovers she develops a bond with Time and she uses her new ability to find out the truth related to her Father’s Death.
Now in season 2, Audience can expect the transformation of Alma as a woman dealing with her own traumatic situations, where she went Mexico and expecting her Father to come up from the Ancient Remains and Becca convinces her to leave as what Alma is trying to do was not a logical thing. As of now, we can only expect this much as no exact storyline has been revealed. But the story is going to grab all your attention just like the first part, so have a look when it is released.
