Unsolved mysteries’ is back again after years and was recently released on Netflix. The show has led to many new leads in the past and has helped solve many cases and it might happen again. Let’s find out more. After being started in 1987 until 2010, the show narrates many unresolved cases and paranormal activities that are hard to explain and have been a matter of discussion for years.
Netflix picked up the reboot of the series on January 18, 2019 and released 6 episodes recently on July 1, 2020. The show has been on the top 10 list ever since it was released and this time the show didn’t have any presenter like the old ones. The show has featured about 1,300 cases and 260 of them were solved and it seems like we may see another one added to that list.
More About the Case
The case is in episode four of the latest season called “No Ride Home” and is about Alonzo Brooks who went missing after a party and was later found dead. FBI has offered a $100 thousand reward to anyone who can help them close the case after it was reopened a year ago. They have reviewed the evidence dating back 16 years and re-interviewed many witnesses however they still feel that people know something and have been hiding the truth for years.
The show received many tips within the 1st day and we saw Executive producer Terry Dunn Meurer say “we have received tips; we pass them on to the appropriate authorities. It’s only been 24 hours. We’re hoping there’s a lot of people who still haven’t watched and maybe this weekend they’ll sit down and binge the episodes and we’ll get more leads.”
We hope that the FBI can find some answers they were looking for in these tips and finally put an end to this case and help Alonzo’s family to learn the truth about his death.
