All the Fate: Second season for the Winx Saga release date, cast, trailer, spoiler details, and news we know so far.
Fate: The Winx Saga is the latest hit from Netflix and the network has now announced that the teen drama will be in its second season.
Fate: Winx Saga is a new, live-action version of the popular Winx Club series of Italian cartoons.
The new show follows the story of a girl named Bloom (Abigail Cowen), who just finds out she’s a fire fairy. Bloom starts training at Alfea after finding her abilities, alongside other magical young adults, including Sky (Danny Griffin), who immediately falls for her.
Season 1 is coming to a close on a major cliffhanger. With that in mind, here’s what you need to hear about Fate: Season 2 of the Winx Saga, including the release date, cast, trailer, spoilers, and details on the fantasy series’ future.
Netflix went on Twitter on Feb 18 to announce that the show had been revived for a second season. Showrunner Brian Young teased:
“The six episodes in season 1 only scratched the surface of this incredibly rich world and the powerful fairies that inhabit it. I can’t wait for you to learn even more about Aisha, Sella, Terra, and Musa as the story of Bloom continues to evolve!”
The Wrap previously mentioned that “And you never know who might show up next term!” in season 2, so it looks like she will join the miz. He also wrote: “the hope is, in fact, to bring Flora into ‘Fate: The Winx Saga'”
However, at the moment there are no such confirmations made by Netflix regarding the release date for the Fate: The Winz Saga Season 2.
However, as Netflix tends to release new seasons for its shows on an annual basis, it will be quite safe to assume that Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 will be available in Netflix as soon as January 2022. We will surely be updating you as the official release date gets unveiled.
Provided that the very first season is just six episodes long, it’s also possible that season 2 of Fate: The Winx Saga could be fired fast and maybe come out later this year at some stage.
It would probably all depend on how much filming is affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
Again, there is no definitive evidence on the Fate: Season 2 of the Winx Saga cast just yet, but we expect all the characters that are still alive to be back for more.
So, it’s quite obvious that the previous cast for the franchise including Abigail Cowen as Bloom, Danny Griffin as Sky, Hannah van der Westhuysen as Stella, Elisha Applebaum as Musa, Eliot Salt as Terra, and Precious Mustapha as Aisha will be returning for the new season.
We still assume that we will all be back with Sadie Soverall as Beatrix, Theo Graham as Dane, Freddie Thorp as Riven, Jacob Dudman as Sam, and Robert James-Collier as Silva.
The producers have teased that there are preparations for the series to add Flora. There’s no news yet, though, on who will play her.
It’s unknown exactly what will happen in Fate: Season 2 of the Winx Saga, but we’re definitely going to see Bloom, Stella, Musa, Aisha, and Terra battle Rosalind (Lesley Sharpe), who took over Alfea after assassinating Farah (Eve Best). Meanwhile, we believe that more trouble would be caused by Beatrix, Riven, and Dane.
Without a question, we’ll even see if Bloom and Sky are an official couple and if Terra’s cousin Flora blends in with the rest of the characters.
