Netflix has now officially announced that Emily in Paris has received the renewal for another season in just less than a month after being aired on Netflix in October. Upon the renewal Lilly Collins along with all the cast were overwhelmed.
While several Netflix’s shows and series are either cancelled or postponed in 2020, Emily in Paris successfully managed to make it to Season 2. Netflix has shared a funny video announcing the renewal of Emily in Paris Season 2 on twitter.
The video reveals that the whole cast and crew are extremely excited about the return of the series and it is very obvious.
The creator of Emily in Paris dropped hint that Emily might find herself in the middle of the place she entered in the very first season. During the release of the first season, Emily in Paris had received a lot of criticism from the French critics, due to the way the series portrayed people of Paris.
Lucas Bravo, a French starring in the show when tried to respond he believed that the critics were not wrong in a way. Emily in Paris was also criticized for a Chicago pizza restaurant for insulting name in the very first episode.
However, Emily enjoyed herself in a hot water with a lavish outfit. The release date for the second season is not revealed yet. In the meanwhile, you could stream the first season on Netflix.
