MCU is known for introducing fabulous superheroes time and again. It is doing so again by introducing Moon Knight, the MCU’s latest addition to its long list of superheroes. Are you curious to know all about him? Read on then.
RELEASE DATE
The release date has not been confirmed yet as the production had got delayed due to COVID 19 but given the number of updates that are coming in on a daily basis, it can be anticipated that the release will happen soon right after the release of some other MCU projects.
THE CAST
So far only Oscar Isaac has been confirmed for the series. He will play the lead role of Moon Knight in the series. Apart from this there were rumors that Daniel Radcliffe, famous for his role of Harry Potter in the Harry Potter movie series that is based on books written by J.K. Rowling, will also join the series. Daniel himself bluffed this rumor in an interview with comingsoon.net, where he said that he was not at all in talks with anyone for joining the series. Nothing else on the matter of casting is known right now.
THE STORY
Moon Knight will tell the story of Mark Spector. He is a former CIA agent and after retirement, he spends his time gathering information as he has altered ego. Once during one of his self-proclaimed missions, he falls into deep trouble and is saved by the Moon God Khonshu. As a result, he becomes the human avatar of Khonshu on earth. Khonshu is the Moon God according to Egyptian mythology. This was the back story of Moon Knight and what will happen in the upcoming series is still undecided.
