The last of us game hit the market with high expectations from both the fans and the critics. They were mentally prepared for another mind-blowing game with great graphics, excellent stories, and amazing characters.

The game came out amid high expectations from the fans. The first game named “The Last of Us” had made quite an impression when it came out in 2013. The fans had loved the story of the game and its character development.
They were hoping that “The Last of Us 2” will also be like its precede but when the game finally came out in 2020, the fans were heartbroken. They claimed that the game was rubbish.
They said the game’s story had plot holes, the characters lacked motivation and were driven towards pointless misery. As a result of the above, the game’s rating has dropped to 4/10.
The professional critics though are quite satisfied with the game and have given it 95/100 on a rating aggregate.
The game’s developer Naughty Dog has commented on the matter by saying that the game has many traumatic situations in it and this could have been the reason for so many negative reviews.
