Fans are pretty confused after Zack Snyder’s Justice League’s announcement. They are questioning, who will be returning and who will be sitting out in the upcoming DC Extended Universe. Some of them are even wondering whether Kevin Costner’s Jonathan “Pa” Kent, will be coming back or not.
The actor plays the role of Clark Kent’s father, who was last seen in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Though he died in a tornado, his spirit appeared in the film to guide his son.

A source revealed that they talked to Kevin Costner, and they asked about his return in the film, to which he gave a very entertaining but also a cryptic response. Mr. Costner said that he doesn’t know. He joked that one cannot kiss and tell in life. He also said that the source is poking him a little bit. And in the end, he said that he cannot tell them about his character in the upcoming four-part film.
Mr. Costner neither denied nor confirmed whether fans would get to see him in Synder cut again. And to be very honest, his answer was quite cryptic. Sadly, fans are left hanging again, and it seems like their question will get answered in the Synder Cut’s version, which will release on HBO Max in mid-2021.
As per our research, some work from Synder’s story will be shown to the viewers. There is more room for all kinds of development to take their places in the movie.
Some of the folks are also hoping for Martian Manhunter played by Harry Lennix to return in the Zack Snyder’s Justice League. And some want to see Mr. Kostner return as well. However, it all depends on the filmmaker whether he wants to bring more characters in the film.
