Helmut Zemo played by Daniel Bruhl is certainly a character who knows how to begin with drama flawlessly, however, nobody can ever get even close to the deed to prove the same. Unfortunately, Zemo seems to have been making a return after orchestrating several clashes in Captain America: Civil War. Zemo is all set to light some fires, according to Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) in the MCU in the upcoming episodes of the most-awaited The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
It has just been a little while since Zemo has graced us with his presence in the MCU and here’s a little garnish on his character history. He was given a horrifying Nazi family background in the comics who stood against the Avengers in Civil War for obliterating his homeland and causing harm to his family leading to their ultimate deaths.
The superhero hails from Sokovia and made circumstances worse for Stark who was already feeling guilty for accidentally giving birth to Ultron. He informed Stark (Iron Man) of how Winter Soldier killed his parents while he was being mind-controlled. This was certainly a huge secret revealed to him after all these years and now the same villain will be back to cause such traumatising events and effects in the MCU timeline.
Moreover, it has appeared that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is targeting the deeper social issues that persist through their detailed character development and study. They are aptly dealing with problematic belief systems in the movies giving the right amount of spice with the superhero-supervillain mixture. But more importantly, at the core, we find these characters dealing with severe problems that a common man would otherwise face on a day-to-day basis.
Talking about Zemo’s presence in the series, the reports say that the character is all ready to steal a huge screen time and play pivotal roles in the timeline of the MCU that is gearing up to enter Phase 4.
